🔁 Steps to Reproduce

List the steps that consistently cause the issue.

1. Hit someone until they're dead then hit them a bunch more
2. Try to tend wounds / heal destroyed tissue
3. Wait until it stops

💥 Expected Behavior

They should be fully healed I think

They don't get fully healed and the menu option disappears.
