Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Players really want to mess with medics more so that suggested allergies.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new traits submenu for allergies which allows characters to specify which chemicals they're allergic to.
This trait system should have chems manually be added to instead of gathering all chems in the list just to prevent unforseen issues.
Allergies should cost something to equip to limit how many allergies a character can have.
More "common" chems should probably require a higher cost to make medics lifes not as horrible.
Allergies should work by reacting to things in characters bloodstream.
Characters can configure how they are allergic to what chemicals, from just some effects like jitter, poison, puking to light damage, to DEATH.

Additionally a couple additional changes we could do to make it easier for medics:

Have the records computer show allergies automatically instead of requiring players to add them.
Allow records to be printed.
Allow players to attach papers and folders to beds so doctors can easily read what allergies a character has.
