Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A new midround antag which focuses on science and anomalies and not fighting as a weaker alternative to nukies.

Describe the solution you'd like

They spawn on a shuttle with a special uplink that blocks almost all weapons, armor and etc only syndicate utility items in the uplink (no murder bone, womp, they'd spawn with a gun or somethin, and can buy ammo)

They have a pin pointer that points towards the anom generator and has a unique overcharged plasma item that if grinded at a grinder spawns 5 entire stacks of plasma.

So basically they spawn with:

Unique uplink
Overcharged plasma
Anom locator tools
And a OMEGA C.H.I.M.P cannon.

Their goal is to put that unique overcharged plasma into the anom generator (which will run a spawn a random anom 3 to 5 times)
And then find and crit all of the anoms to find out how destructive anoms are.
