Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A dragon doesn't really have a lot of control over their fih, they attack everyone on sight and that's a bit annoying considering our stance on that.

Describe the solution you'd like
The rat king has a whole system to control their rats, so we should yoink that and use it for the dragon too.
