Short description

Adds a trait to decrease density.

Why we need to add this

This is purely for my own amusement (moon boot movement tech)

Line at the end of the file is alright (I personally like it). What I meant is a line at the top of the Resources/Locale/en-US/_Byrd/traits/physical.ftl
