Short description
Adds pill and pill canister prototypes for the current 'RP chems' that are without, from copium to agonolexyne. Also adds a real psychologist's locker prototype, containing a handful of treatment tools and the role's uniforms.
Why we need to add this
I'm on a crusade to solidify psychologist as a role. The handful of randomized pills you can get from the locker also act as a stopgap in the event chemistry is very busy or totally lacking. The rest (woodblock, crayons, etc) broadly facilitate RP.

Ingame Changelog
i don't think this needs a changelog entry, since it's just adding the prototype and no one's gonna be able to tell
I'm afraid I've put a few things where they don't belong, but I hope it's all put together correctly
LGTM. Thank you for your contribution!
