Short description

Added a new "Medical Neck" group containing the stethoscope, and added it to Medical Doctor and Virologist.
The stethoscope has the same time requirements as the head mirror (30h), as I think they both fit well together.

Why we need to add this

These things are a rarely found unless someone decides to map them, and actually get used even less often. AND they look good, too.
