Short description

Resprites the Medical and Chemistry duffels to be in line with the rest of the choices, along with the inhand sprites of the medical backpack and satchel. (All of which seem to have been missed over in the textureing)

Cherry pick of https://github.com/ProjectOmu/OmuStation/pull/1356 and https://github.com/ProjectOmu/OmuStation/pull/1357
