Short description

Allows IPCs to be 273cm tall as a maximum, and 130cm short as a minimum

I feel like those values are bit extreme. Min height should be matched to rodentia (like 110-120cm) and max height should either be swapped with Arirals or be equal (both 300 will work).

I see, I suppose I can set both to 300 and min to 132 [rodentia minsize is 132cm]
