Short description

This fixes various Xeliaths things:

They are supposed to have heat resistance
They are supposed to receive more cold damaeg
They are supposed to be immune of caustic damage

Cherry pick of https://github.com/ProjectOmu/OmuStation/pull/1880 (and the previous PR for xeliaths)
