Short description

Hitman has an action to change their name but it didn't work, this fixes it by changing the keybind to the correct ui.

Additionally, I've updated the VoiceMaskSystem to be able to fall back to the real name of the user instead of "Unknown" (For #995)

And I've also added a toggle to disable job changes, since hitman does that via their id card.

This also closes #996
