The Staff Team
Structure
This structure must be strictly adhered to. Any caveats, missing roles, or applications should be handled cordially by Senior Adminship under the oversight of the Owner.
Server Roles
Senior Admin
Oversees all adminship and Discord staff. Acts as a neutral party for staff accountability. Reports to and advises the Owner.
Standard Admin
Actively monitors the server, responds to threats, coordinates disputes, and hosts non-invasive events.
Training Admin
Provides passive oversight, assists with disputes, and supports higher admin roles.
Discord Roles
High Staff
Manages and ensures smooth Discord operations. Oversees Low Staff and enforces rules. Reports directly to Senior Admin.
Low Staff
Monitors Discord and reports issues. Can perform temporary removals. Acts as a trial role with higher numbers than High Staff.
Non-Staff Roles
Contributor
Not staff, but assists closely with development or assets. Granted only with significant merit.
Member
General member who is active and respectful in-game or on Discord. Distributed more freely than other roles.
IPad-Starved
Restricts a user’s ability to send images or files. Used for managing spam behavior.
Staff Applications
Expectations
Adminship involves constant interaction and responsibility. It can become repetitive and lead to burnout. Applicants should manage expectations accordingly.
When You Shouldn’t Apply
- Using admin tools for personal benefit
- Using admin tools to benefit others unnecessarily
- Using powers only for entertainment (admeme use)
- Believing helping = only using admin tools
- Intending to reinterpret or change guidelines personally
- Holding non-trial admin roles in another server
- Not being whitelisted
- Engaging in favoritism or admin alliances
- Applying with little playtime (yourself or associates)
If multiple apply, expect rejection.
