Short description

Splitting science borgs into their own type and giving generic borgs their own niche by letting them equip basic modules from all types

Why we need to add this

gives generic borgs their own identity and gives a more dedicated science borg playstyle, increasing the variety of options available to borg players

added science borg, along with it's laws and all the needed stuff a7d83cbcd9

Commenting out the science borg under the generic type, moved to science 31e7385b64

Implemented a system for modules to be marked as "basic" letting generic borgs use them regardless of dept fff2e73be2

Swapped law 2 and 3 for science ce52655a4d

Made most but not all starting borg modules equippable by the generic borg 378632c89e

Gave the Janiborg Chassis Built in Cleanhud aa4cb74a3b
