Tropico needs some love. Should be able to vent crawl.

~~Add Vent Crawling to Tropico~~
~~Have Tropico have access to a hand slot & complex interaction.~~ I do not care if the sprites look weird.
Add Crab Mech (Hammy can use it too, i guess, but the KRAB is vital for Tropico's demesne.)
[!] Tropico can't Emote
~~[!] Tropico can't drag~~
~~Tropico should occasionally drop items (for balance)~~

I believe the emote may have been the result of a weird bug, but otherwise will be fine most of the time? I'll find out soon enough.
