Short description

Removes the ability for the xenobio pouches to hold Surgery Tools and Syringe Guns

Why we need to add this

Xenobiology pouches don't have any reason I can see to need to hold surgery tools or syringe guns and it allows them to hold utility tools, medical tools at a very large size on your belt

You should comment those out instead and add a Byrd mark (this way makes it easier to avoid issues when porting stuff from upstream in the future), something like this: # SyringeGun # Byrd or # SyringeGun # Byrd - not really needed or even:

# start Byrd - removed because those are not needed
# SyringeGun
# SurgeryTool
# end Byrd

alright, after fighting with my coding software being weird(hence the spam of redundant and confusing commits), I believe I have fixed this!

Also you should make sure change log entries start with a - like so: - tweak: Xenobio Pouches can no longer hold Surgical Tools, otherwise they are not going to be parsed correctly.
