Delete branch "QuillTheCreature/Byrd:systems/firelocks/revert"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Short description
I reverted all of the firelock changes. I hope I grabbed all the changes done to them.
I also brought in this change from wizden https://github.com/space-wizards/space-station-14/pull/37523
And I made it so that firelocks can only be opened with crowbars now.
