Short description

Adds the Scratch (avali), Ariral (ariral), Nehina (feroxi), Calcic (plasmaman + skeletons), Caprine (Ovinia), Qiilour (xelthia), and Hydraspeak (Hydrakin) to be researchable by science.

Why we need to add this

Part one of a bounty (https://discord.com/channels/1366946931892424778/1558191791759564880), plus I think that it's odd that some of the languages aren't translatable for some reason. If there are any languages that shouldnt be translated for lore reasons, please tell me
