I changed the min and max sizes of avali and resomis from 0.8-1 to 0.6-1.3

People wish for other species to be smaller too and for whatever reason really care about the "cm" in the customization UI so I'll be reworking all species to properly reflect how tall they are in game.

So for now please don't merge this.
