Short description

Cherry pick of https://github.com/ProjectOmu/OmuStation/pull/1820 and https://github.com/ProjectOmu/OmuStation/pull/1938

Added signature fonts as traits, you can pick a signature font in the traits menu and that gets used whenever you sign something.

On top of that the cybersun pen can be used to change the signature font too.
