Short description

CC's medical bay now has a few extra amenities, including virology! Its R&D wing has also been expanded to include xenobiology. This at the cost of getting into the technically-secret lizard room. The brig can now lock down with blast doors.

Why we need to add this

Gives CC staff the ability to obtain research points, and all that entails. The cryo room is also more symmetrical, which didn't annoy anyone besides me. Sole CC staff are technically able to perform surgery on themselves with the autodoc, if necessary.

the bluespace vials are in part bc it's cc, and in part because regular vials count as trash as far as trash bags care
