PR Changes

Removes unused Slapping Belts, and replaces them with Gentleman's Gloves instead. They do the same thing but can be worn, deal less stamina and blunt damage, and are legally acceptable grounds for a duel. The removal isn't just a "replace", as the very unused Egg- related belts were removed. It is just the "normal" gloves, the "slapping" gloves and the "central command" variant. Theres also a variant of the command gloves that does zero damage.

Reasons Behind Changes

People complained about something that triggered personal traumas. This changed seemed largely harmless to the rest, so it was introduced. Solves #11
