Why / Balance
Fixes https://github.com/Byrd-Station/Byrd/issues/8. Goblins are a small, meager race that (might) digest rotten food and have a knack for creating tools from trash and other detritus. Goblins have an accent called "Goblin Cant", which is heavily inspired by Cockney, and other subset English accents.
