PR Changes
Adds the Chemical Analysis type to the Central Command Glasses such as the Nanotrasen Representative's, Blueshield Officer's, Centcomm Official, and Deathsquad.
Reasons Behind Changes
I've noticed for awhile, that the Nanotrasen Representive's glasses never had a way to check if the chemicals was purified in jugs if they ever doubted what the chemists did for their report. I mostly noticed this back when the Nanotrasen Representative had their tasks and I had multiple orders not able to fit the order. So I thought since they have Central Command glasses, and Central Command usually has glasses that have every hud element besides chemical analysis (I know Nanotrasen Representative's glasses aren't parented from the Omnihud like CCO's) So I decided it might be best to add them in so anyone from Central could see the content of any item that you can see chemicals in with goggles.
I also added it to Blueshield Officer's glasses so they can make sure they are not accidently poisoning command members with the chemicals they get from chemistry.
