Added Fishbowl Helmet ... 91f3cb50dc

Note: Also added to Uncommon Maintenance Loot. Equipped sprites need to be replaced. They use existing sprites.

Fixed meta.json. No in-hand sprites for fish bowl, sadly. Cybersun paramed is the current equipped sprite. bd9d3f34ec
