• tweak: Changed how armor penetration values are shown on casings
• tweak: Increased time requirement for ERT Leader
• tweak: Brought back old access breaker sprite
• fix: Fixed some instances of mapped CC-stamped papers having a big "ERROR" sign
• fix: Fixed ERT flares going out almost immediately
• fix: Fixed Syndicate/CC fax machines not having the right color
