Short description

So this PR is a port of the Shredder, a musician (45TC) and nukie (75TC) only syndie rock guitar from omu - it functions as a strong melee AND an ally buffing tool! Deals 2 slash + 6 blunt unwielded, 4 slash + 8 blunt and shock (20 total) when wielded. It has an 1.25x attack rate and grants whoever wields it a buff that makes them move at 1.2x movement speed as well as passively, slowly regenerating brute, burn and bloodloss damage whilst active!
This port also includes the blood-red headphones, which just share the Shredder's buff to anyone wearing them as long as they are within a ~4 tiles radius of the wielder, if worn! (Doesn't matter if they are worn as a headset or neckwear)
The nukie bundle has six of them, so for the whole squad- and they can be bought for 3 TC on their own!

Why we need to add this

UHHHHHHHHHH Very cool antag item for musicians that could also lead to some interesting antag and nukie strats mayhaps? Also the healing is very minor so like who cares....
