Short description

Giving Flasks their much needed love. As in increasing their capacity, adding them to loadout, and making some more generalized so security cant beat your head in for having what WAS just the captains flask

Why we need to add this

they've been neglected quite a lot so this is to change that

• add: Several Flasks are now trinkets! Fancy for 10h of captain, Lithium for 10h of chemist, and Shiny for 10h of RD.
• tweak: Descriptions and names of some flasks have been changed and or added upon
• tweak: Flasks now hold 60u instead of 30u. REJOICE
